אולמי בלו קאסל מספקים בימי שישי ובחגים קייטרינג פתוח לכול, עם מבחר גדול של תבשילים וסלטים המותאמים במיוחד לשבת. שעות הפעילות ביום שישי: מ-08:00 ועד כשעתיים לפני כניסת השבת — הצלה למי שלא הספיק לבשל. בשאר ימות השבוע זהו אולם אירועים ברמה גבוהה עם תצפית לים; את טקס החופה מקיימים במרפסת שפונה לים — בהחלט שווה. המתחם מתאים הן לציבור הרחב והן לחרדים, כולל אפשרות להפרדה בשני אולמות.
