Agamim, get your act together. Despite being your customers for over 15 years—we celebrated 3 events with you and bought food for Shabbat dozens of times—last Saturday we were deeply disappointed: we spent 700 shekels and received disgusting food, completely soaked in soy sauce flavor to the point where even the schnitzel tastes like soy. Everything is one-dimensional, over-seasoned, and you forget not everyone loves your spices, certainly not soy sauce in every dish. Moreover, something seems wrong with the food itself: a sense of spoilage, as if old spices left outside for weeks got into the pots. As a result—and I say this honestly, I've already written that I suffered stomach problems because of you—I found myself in the bathroom every Shabbat; and this isn't the first time with your prepared Shabbat food. If you don't wake up, people will vote with their feet. Preserve the brand before it's destroyed for a few shekels: replace the chef, switch to preparing everything fresh, reduce the spices, and increase freshness.

The prices are fair, the selection is wide, and the food is delicious and of high quality. When we have an event, most of the time we buy prepared food there.
