Kat Blue – Carmel Steakhouse

Kat Blue is a kosher (closed on Shabbat) Wild West-themed steakhouse set in the pastoral Mount Carmel area (Beit Oren) within the Riders' Experience park. It features rustic Texan ranch decor that blends naturally into the scenic surroundings, creating a relaxed, homey atmosphere for guests.

This two-story venue can accommodate large events, with about 100 seats on the ground floor and up to 180 on the upper floor, which includes a gallery and scenic terrace. Panoramic windows offer views of the Carmel forests and a nearby horse ranch, infusing every gathering with a charming countryside vibe.

The restaurant specializes in premium charcoal-grilled meats, delivering an authentic American steakhouse experience. Starters and sides are served as an open buffet, while main courses are brought out on personal tabletop charcoal grills. Alongside the wide selection of quality meats, special vegetarian and vegan options are available.

Kat Blue is ideal for private and corporate events such as intimate weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, brit milah ceremonies, birthdays, and more. Event packages can integrate unique attractions from the Riders' Experience – horseback riding, off-road tours, laser tag and other activities – together with music and dancing for a unique celebration in nature.
