First, the service is excellent, and Dorina the waitress is professional and amazing. The cocktails are flawless, and the dishes are served beautifully. The meat is the most delicious we've ever eaten, and each course is a celebration of flavors in the mouth. An extraordinary culinary experience from beginning to end. Let's start with the price: two appetizers, one main course and two glasses of wine cost us 500 shekels - and on top of that they dared to raise prices excessively. We came today to celebrate a birthday, and we are Eilat residents who have been visiting this place for years, since it was called El Gaucho. We ordered our usual starters, for example brisket croissants, and when they arrived we were shocked: they reduced them to the size of a bite and completely changed the recipe. The pastry was mostly dough and nuts, almost no meat. For the main course we chose entrecote that was served mostly fat with barely any meat. Shameful. This is the first time we are so disappointed by a restaurant, especially one that was our permanent destination for every celebration. From today we won't set foot there and won't recommend it. You should be ashamed.
