Shato Eilat is a restaurant and a bar, a fully kosher place, where we serve a fusion menu, of Eastern style cuisine and the Western style. Among the dishes that we serve: Asian chicken salad, hot foie gras, chicken wings, vegetable tempura, beef fillet carpaccio, lamb kebabs, spring chicken steak, noodles and sea bass fillet.

In addition to dining Shato Eilat is also a venue for private events. weddings, henna ceremonies, bar and bat mitzva parties and business events. The place is arranged for sitting around set tables, a lounge with comfortable sofas, sitting around the bar and an open view veranda overlooking the City of Kings waterfalls.

I visited the place for a work social gathering, so it's difficult for me to draw conclusions about the château's regular operations. Music was playing and there was plenty of staff. The meat was excellent and delicious, while the salads were just okay, nothing special. This may be related to the fact that the menu was predetermined (fixed menu). To know how they function on a regular day, one should visit on an ordinary day.

The service here is exceptional—professional and courteous from the very first moment. Our experience at this place was perfect, we enjoyed every single moment. The dishes themselves are exceptionally delicious. We organized an employee event here, and everything went flawlessly. A bar and restaurant of outstanding quality. Highly recommended.
