I'll start with an example that illustrates why I appreciate this place: I once ordered pork ossobuco and felt the meat needed a bit more time in the oven to fall apart at the touch. I mentioned this to the owner who happened to pass by our table. For about a year I didn't order this dish during my visits, then I tried it again — and this time it had improved, almost like the dish we had in Prague. Besides that, this is where I usually celebrate birthdays. Sometimes I come alone for a beer and dessert, sometimes with my partner, and sometimes with friends or clients. In every case I enjoy both the dishes and the service.

I believe her name is Arianna. At a bat mitzvah event we attended, we received exceptional service from a wonderful waitress—excellent service, with a smile that never faded for a moment and a clear sense that she was doing it with joy. Thank you very much!

They did not bother to update us, despite leaving a phone number and email. When we arrived at the location, they refused to accept us without a clear reason; according to them, the bookings were closed. I made a reservation, and all of this conveys a lack of professionalism.

The staff demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. We celebrated a 45th birthday with 45 participants in the restaurant's event room. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant. We left very satisfied.

Although the dishes were very tasty, everything surrounding the service and management was disappointing. We came to celebrate a birthday and the upcoming new civil year. We arrived ten minutes early and were asked to wait outside in a cold area unsuitable for waiting. Only after fifteen minutes were we seated at a table right by the entrance with drafts from the door and an open kitchen view. After repeated requests, we were finally moved to a reasonable location. Main courses came first, but appetizers arrived only after reminders, delayed by about 10 minutes. When ordering desserts and hot drinks, the beverages arrived quickly but desserts didn't. After several reminders and 25 minutes, they finally appeared. We called the shift manager, who didn't really understand our complaints. He said there was some delay, offered complimentary hot drinks which we refused, and didn't bother apologizing. Bottom line: great food, poor kitchen management, and problematic customer service. At a restaurant, we expect not just good taste but timely service, a smile, and attention.
