I'm sharing this experience so you can improve. We arrived because we'd dined with you twice before during quiet weekdays and it was excellent. This time we reserved for 8 people, mentioning we'd have many gifts and needed table space. Rotem was polite and professional on the phone. However, we were seated next to the storage room and waiters' station - uncomfortable, but we accepted since you were busy. During ordering, we heard 'impossible' six times and 'unavailable/sold out' twice within two minutes. Simple requests were refused dismissively: one guest couldn't see the fish head and asked to remove it - refused. Another wanted a side dish from a different fish - refused. Three guests wanted fish & chips - sold out. On Saturday afternoon with only one whole fish option, there was clearly poor preparation. Service was disappointing and sometimes contemptuous. When we expressed dissatisfaction and asked to pay only for water, no attempt was made to improve the experience. We were charged 32 shekels for the water bottle. Outside, Eden approached pleasantly to understand what happened. Very unfortunate.

A 700 shekel bill, yet we still went home to eat a sandwich — that says everything about this restaurant. Yesterday we celebrated a birthday: two women had salad and appetizers, two men ordered a starter and two main courses. The place itself is beautiful and the staff is exceptionally polite. Taste-wise, everything was excellent, even outstanding. However, the prices are excessive and portions are tiny, literally sample-sized. The dishes displayed don't match what arrives at the table — less than half the shown size. I can't understand the restaurant industry in this country: extremely expensive yet serving tastings. If it's going to be expensive, at least serve reasonable portions. A bagel with scrambled eggs and vegetables gave more satisfaction than the insult we were served.

Sometimes you arrive to find the door locked due to an event; operating hours are not fixed and are updated on a note at the entrance. If you happen to arrive in the morning, you cannot order breakfast or lunch, so you simply sit and wait. On the positive side, the waiters provide excellent service. However, cleanliness and design are borderline. Prices are too high, and while the food is tasty and good, it doesn't justify the cost. Accessibility requires attention: the treatment of a young girl with disabilities who tried to enter with a wheelchair through the designated facility was far from satisfactory. I live nearby and despite everything, I often sit there, mainly because of the stunning view that has no substitute. Summary: with such a location, they must try harder and not rely solely on the view.
