Do not go near this place; if you've already booked, it's better to cancel. Karaoke noise all night without stopping, and there wasn't even one employee during nighttime hours. The TV in the room didn't work at all, the room itself was dirty, and the beach looked neglected. I came with children — a horrifying experience.

I stayed here before and it was terrible. Management allowed guests to hold a wedding next to the complex with loud music all night. Last visit: Friday evening, all facilities closed, we just wanted to visit friends in rented rooms. After 1.5 hours drive, the guard denied entry and demanded 100 NIS per person (400 NIS total for two adults and two children) for a 30-minute visit. Service representative Eti confirmed no entry without payment, even just to the parking area. We drove another 1.5 hours back. During this time, we saw several cars with Arabs enter without questions - the guard's friends. Summary: terrible place, shocking service, shameful attitude. Don't recommend to anyone.

We rediscovered the northern Dead Sea: a wild shore of the true (northern) Dead Sea that keeps receding, yet the descent is absolutely worthwhile. The staff was attentive, caring, and hospitable. A wonderful and varied breakfast alongside a rich and delicious dinner completed the experience. We rented the Um Kol Toom event hall, enjoyed the stunning pool, and stayed in pleasant desert-style stone rooms. We came for a short weekend celebrating an unforgettable 36-person birthday party. An amazing combination of service and location.
