First, the place is well-maintained, beautiful and clean, and the shift manager Aviel and the waitstaff provided professional and excellent service. We received a VIP room, and the price was fair for the restaurant's level. We gathered there for a family meeting to celebrate several birthdays, with a total of 26 participants. The dishes were served aesthetically and at a high level, and the atmosphere along with the service were simply wonderful. Highly recommended! Penina Fogel

We arrived yesterday, 3.9.25, for a company dinner at Rosa restaurant. Although the dishes appeared carefully prepared and appetizing, it was a difficult experience for my partner and me. It seems no lessons were learned from the corona period: all dishes were placed in the center of the table without serving utensils. Once someone took from the heavy burrata, others couldn't touch it; the same with hummus, eggplant with tahini and other dishes. This wasn't a family gathering where shared eating might be acceptable, but an evening of company people and couples mostly strangers to each other. Even desserts were mishandled - ice cream didn't reach our table, only some guests, served without a spoon; lemon tart divided as one portion for four people. To Rosa's owners: dining experience isn't just high-quality food but also presentation and forethought in serving group dishes. Additionally, it was very cold and seating was cramped. Summary: unpleasant experience, especially for group events.

Suitable for group hosting; the venue offers presentation capabilities and training sessions alongside meals. The design is impressive and the atmosphere is comfortable. The kitchen produces excellent flavors, fresh dishes, and a wide selection. The service is exceptional—great respect for the approach.

The overall experience was largely ruined by the atmosphere: unbearable acoustics and hysterical noise from music and crowds, making normal conversation impossible. Meanwhile, the chef wheeled around tables performing, stopping at our table about four times just to photograph for Instagram. A staff member also documented everything with extremely bright lighting; we politely asked her to stop blinding us, but she barely cared. From all the cart movements, strong food smell stuck to our hair and clothes—most annoying. This constant activity in an already crowded restaurant felt unnecessary and infuriating. The staff member following for social media content only added to the disturbance. However, service quality was high: the owner personally checked everything and moved us to our preferred table. The food was acceptable.

This is not an inexpensive place, but the experience was definitely enjoyable. Impeccable service from Nathaniel and Michal. On 12/6 we celebrated a birthday at the restaurant with ten guests. They helped us choose dishes and provided guidance, which made for a cheerful, satisfying and delightful gathering.
