Excite event hall in Or Yehuda

The chuppah was set up outside, right next to the parking lot, with planes flying overhead constantly during the ceremony. The restrooms were in terrible condition - filthy and disgusting, without toilet paper; bring your own. The dessert service was embarrassing: sweets were served to only two or three tables, and we received nothing. When I mentioned to the waitress that we didn't get dessert, she just said "you didn't get any?" and that was it, without even checking. The bride's mother, sitting with us and wanting something sweet, went to the kitchen herself to complain, only to hear "we're out". Meanwhile, the waitress was already clearing the table while we still sat there. There was no opening buffet. For the first course, I requested a vegetarian option - told it wasn't available, so I got an empty plate to eat from the salads. For the main course, skewers were served, leaving no vegetarian option. Drink service was frustrating: my glass had beer, and when I asked the waitress for a clean glass for water, she refused. I had to get one myself from the bar, where staff was barely present. On the positive side, the small hall size allowed for pleasant conversation, and the salads were tasty. Otherwise, everything was poor. The venue simply isn't suitable for weddings; maybe for brit mila or small events. We came to celebrate and the atmosphere was festive, but overall - a really poor experience.

Recently we held three events in this hall and we were very satisfied with the service, the price and the delicious food. The venue has adjacent parking. It is a lovely space that is suitable for small events!

The food is delightful, however the events are of high quality.

The kitchen was clean and well-organized, and the food was served hot and fresh. Chagit recommended the service staff to us, and working with her was wonderful. Everything exceeded our expectations. We held our son's Bar Mitzvah event with you. Thank you very much, I will happily recommend you.

To avoid misunderstandings, it's best to coordinate expectations in advance. The owners are pleasant and courteous people, the food is delicious, and the place itself is nice. I held my wedding there.
