I came here for a bat mitzvah event. The service was excellent, the dishes were very tasty, and the atmosphere was wonderful.

Highly recommended: a restaurant without any flaws in every aspect. Suitable for both family dinners and celebrations as well as romantic evenings for couples, with the kitchen serving excellent dishes at international standards. When you arrive, you won't be disappointed.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a smiling and polite team who seated us on the terrace. We came to celebrate at the restaurant with friends of our 13-year-old son. The food was delicious and arrived for all diners on time. The staff responded quickly and attentively to all our requests. The service was excellent, and we will happily return again.

We left hungry and disappointed, continuing our anniversary celebration elsewhere. This happened on 8/10 at Triola. At 20:10 we ordered cocktails, appetizers and mains; appetizers arrived quickly, then everything stalled. After 45 minutes, we flagged down the waiter who said the kitchen was overwhelmed. The shift manager approached with scripted apologies, claimed she came on her own initiative, then blamed us for not requesting mains with appetizers. She offered a salad, we declined to burden the struggling kitchen. She returned with menus, suggesting we change dishes while she checks if they're even possible. When we tried understanding which dish was missing, we received the limited burger/pizza/pasta options. The restaurant wasn't fully booked, but an event occupied the main hall. After years visiting Triola 1-2 times yearly, this was undoubtedly the worst service and experience, feeling manipulative.

The service was of high professional quality, and I must say that this is no longer taken for granted these days. We celebrated a birthday with friends and everything was simply excellent! The dishes were exceptional. Thank you for the experience.

We ordered almost the entire menu and the price was excellent and worthwhile. The cocktails were among the best I've had; we tasted all of them and the most recommended were strawberry and Caribbean coconut. The desserts were also impressive — the crack pie and crème brûlée stood out especially and are highly recommended. All appetizers were excellent, each one better than the last, and the main courses were very tasty. The service was wonderful and food was served to the table quickly. We came specifically to celebrate a birthday.

Another birthday celebration at a family dinner for six guests. Exactly a year ago I wrote a positive review here, and it pains me to return – this time not for good reasons. We ordered the flagship dish: beef fillet for 175 NIS, and took two portions. What came from the kitchen: a dark piece on a black plate, with no sides, nothing else. Is 175 NIS reasonable for this? How do you serve a main course like that? On a black plate that only emphasizes the lump. Timing was also problematic: 25 minutes passed before the mains arrived; the staff forgot the order and remembered late, so they poured complimentary drinks as compensation – okay – then almost 30 minutes later, finally the plate landed. Disappointing and sad. Service and work pace are excellent.

The team provided exceptional service, the kitchen was flawless and the atmosphere was wonderful. I was looking for a location to host my family and close friends for a 50th birthday celebration, and as soon as I met Yoni, the owner of Triola, I knew this was the perfect place. Let's start with the practical: the place has private parking, which is important. We came to celebrate a birthday with one of us being celiac, and were happy to discover a wide range of gluten-free options. Tamar was our waitress - pleasant, knowledgeable about the menu, guided us to successful choices and created a great vibe. Leah, the other waitress, was also lovely and polite. After this visit, my feet won't step there again. We stood outside chatting for twenty minutes after leaving, and no one entered, so the insistence on rushing us out exactly at two hours is stupid policy. It pains me to write this, as I praised them enthusiastically three years ago; our first visit was wonderful. Today we came to celebrate my husband's birthday with seven people. From the first minute, they kept emphasizing a large event was happening inside, the table was booked for two hours, and we needed to order quickly. When we asked for more drinks and there was a delay, we got a poor excuse: they were busy due to the event. Really, why should that concern us? If you can't serve properly due to an event, close down. We ordered carpaccio, cauliflower, and polenta. Previously, the polenta was rich and thick; this time we got thin, meager portions looking like leftovers. The main courses were chicken liver and salmon. The liver was decent, but the salmon was terrible: overcooked with randomly scattered vegetables. This dish used to come nicely plated; now it was disgusting. The chips arrived in a tiny, pathetic cup, equally pathetic. They constantly reminded us about the event and that we needed to finish. This isn't service; it's a rush to leave. Food quality declined significantly. From a restaurant I once recommended warmly, you've become somewhere I won't return to.

We followed the waiter's recommendation and started with excellent appetizers: an amazing mushroom soufflé and one of the best piquant dishes. The place is ideal for any celebration, with wonderful meats that are always perfectly cooked. The side dishes are excellent, and the mashed potatoes are simply perfect. The service is exceptional and the attitude is amazing! We will definitely return!

This was an expensive and offensive disappointment. A 4.4 Google rating misled me; I felt deceived and angry. We came Friday evening with family and were disappointed by every dish. The rating makes no sense and appears fake. Prices are absolutely unjustified: beer at 33 NIS, salad at 79 NIS, steak from 195 NIS. Bone-in meat has 400g minimum at 52 NIS per 100g - highway robbery prices. The atmosphere is disrespectful: patio seating feels demeaning, cheap uncomfortable furniture, plastic tables like a picnic, disturbing corrugated metal design resembling a warehouse. Inside feels like a sad event hall. The kitchen disappoints: heavy, fatty, overly sweet food with failures. Schnitzel thin as paper, like Bisli chips or fried breadcrumbs, chicken breast card-thin. Only bright spot: pleasant, helpful waiters genuinely trying to compensate. Yet shameful prices are obscured by digital menu blurring. Bottom line: demeaning experience. Avoid.
