Ahuzat Margo is a French Kosher Restaurant in Rehovot, Israel. The restaurant is housed in the historic Yosefzon House, which is the first house in Rehovot, and serves up southern French food in a modern French gourmet style.

Ahuzat Margo is a cozy kosher restaurant that serves modern French cuisine with the roots of the classic southern French cuisine. The menu has a variety of fresh and aged meat dishes that are slow-cooked to perfection, as well as classic confit style dishes. All of the soups are made from scratch using only the freshest highest quality ingredients.

Wine list is consisting of local producers boutique wines and selection from the "Old World" the best wine producers.

Each room of the restaurant is intimate, and can host an event for as few as 8 guests. We use top quality sound and visual equipment for business events, such as conferences, and for personal celebrations like bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, weddings, brits and brita celebrations and more. The menu can be coordinated to suit the nature and date of the event. There is also a covered inner courtyard of the restaurant, which is closed in winter and is open to the sun in the summer.

Ahuzat Margo is the ideal place for a variety of events such as a wedding, bar mitzva/bat mitzva, brit or brita, birthday or other corporate events. We can hold up to 170 people in the restaurant.

Ahuzat Margo is under the supervision of the Rehovot Rabbinate and therefore is a kosher establishment.
