The hospitality, food, and venue were simply amazing — nearly perfect. I attended my nephew's wedding and thoroughly enjoyed it. However, at the end of the evening, I have constructive feedback about desserts: it was unclear why the waiter didn't circulate between tables and serve each table a dessert platter. Instead, we were forced to stand in an extremely long line, stretching endlessly, by the counter, holding empty plates and waiting for just one staff member who couldn't handle the queue. This somewhat marred the experience and felt disrespectful. Unfortunately, I really didn't like this part.

On the event manager's part, complete indifference was evident; no solution was arranged for celiac sufferers!!!!!!!

The food is excellent, the hall is spacious and pillar-free, the chuppah area is covered, and there is a pleasant garden at the entrance.

The main drawback was that the main course was served only at 23:00, when some guests had already left. Apart from that, the food was reasonable. A clear advantage: the canopy is located separately from the event hall, which is a successful solution. Overall, the event space is pleasant and inviting.

Attention! Management is poor and they did not take responsibility for their mistakes. Do not rely on the event manager - due to his conduct, we were forced to throw away guest souvenirs worth thousands of shekels, and half of the promises we agreed upon were not fulfilled. Despite this, the venue and food are good.

A hall without pillars and a beautiful courtyard - a wonderful place. The food and service were excellent, we really enjoyed it. Highly recommended for celebrations.

Outside there is a spacious and beautiful courtyard with a magnificent fountain. The reception area is particularly spacious and designed in a unique style. The dance hall is also very large. The main hall is enormous and beautiful, capable of hosting a large number of guests. The entire design impressed me thanks to its originality.

Let's start with the downside: the complex suffers from a serious parking shortage due to the large number of halls. Beyond that, the hall is beautiful and carefully designed. The food was delicious, and throughout the event they made sure nothing was lacking. We received personal attention and enjoyed ourselves very much. We were there for a wedding.

We received countless compliments on the urban vibe, design, and exceptional service. On 16.02, we celebrated our wedding at Basico — and every detail was absolutely flawless. From the initial meeting with Noam until the moment the event began, there was always someone listening to us. Shira, Eli, and Nicole were amazing, and the food? Pure delight. There is plenty of parking and the management is quite good. The food is generally tasty and satisfying. The garden is spacious and generous, accommodating up to 400 people, and the entrance makes an impressive impression. Only in the buffet area is there sometimes a slight feeling of crowding.

For small events, the hall is impressive in its beauty

As a wedding guest, I must first note that the chuppah is located in a long corridor-like passage, and with so many people it became quite warm. When I was there, there was no ventilation, so it would be wise to ensure proper air circulation for fresh air and cooling. Beyond that, the waitstaff worked efficiently and demonstrated professionalism. The buffet and dishes served in the hall were very successful; the flavors were surprising and unique, with a rich selection. I enjoyed it very much.

Despite genuine desire and positive intentions from the staff, the service was conducted very slowly. The hall design is generally acceptable. However, the area is concentrated with many halls and a municipal football stadium, resulting in a severe parking shortage. We had to park very far away in an unorganized dirt lot. As for food, the quality was very average and disappointing.

The staff's attitude was personal and kind. The hall features elegant and sophisticated design with excellent taste, and the entire place is impressive and pleasant. The culinary experience is outstanding: a wide selection of dishes, all exceptionally delicious. It was an evening that will be remembered for a long time. Highly recommended.

If food quality matters to you, it's best to avoid this venue. Even the hummus lacked flavor and had a watery, mushy texture - almost like soup. The dishes were served cold and tasteless. The buffet station was of particularly poor quality. Overall, the food quality is appalling and extremely low. I left very disappointed.

The hall is carefully designed and beautiful, the food is excellent, the service is good and pleasant, there is plenty of parking nearby, and cleanliness is maintained well.

Yesterday I attended a wedding held at this venue and enjoyed it very much. The place is impressive and pleasing to the eye, there is plenty of parking, the food is excellent, and the waitstaff is very courteous.

The exterior of the place is beautiful, but it's barely used during winter; in summer, when the outdoor space is open, it clearly enhances the experience. Inside, the bar is quite good, with Carlsberg and Tuborg beers. The appetizers and meat dishes are reasonable and pleasant, but nothing exceptional. However, the vegan options were disappointing. The entrance area itself is very small, a modest vestibule with no seating. Overall, the impression is that the place is geared toward small events, both in terms of guest count and budget scope.

Because the venue has several event halls, parking is limited and sometimes problematic. However, the hall itself is beautiful, and the food and service are excellent.

There is no one to speak with or coordinate with at the venue. Many of the promises made were not fulfilled at all. During the event, the music was cut off twice due to a malfunction in the hall's amplification system. The after-party was embarrassing. This was a series of embarrassing failures on the venue's part. Not recommended at all!

The food was severely disappointing: a fried fly was found inside my Parmesan steak and was served exactly as such. Nevertheless, no one from the event management staff came to apologize or ask about it. Following this incident, everyone sitting at my table refused to eat. The venue itself is beautiful, but the quality of the dishes was exceptionally low. All of this happened yesterday at a wedding I attended. What a shame.

A good choice for small to medium-sized events, and the food is delicious.

I paid a deposit for the event, but the money was not refunded.

Area for improvement: Smoking ban enforcement within the hall should be stricter. Otherwise, we were very impressed. The chuppah site and hall are beautiful and well-positioned, with an impressive entrance. The buffet stations offered exceptionally high-quality food; fresh-baked bread on-site is noticeable, salads are excellent, and the kosher desserts are simply wonderful. Organized parking also contributed to convenience. Overall, an excellent experience.

He is a smiling, patient and pleasant person who provided excellent service from start to finish. The hall itself is beautiful, meticulously designed with a unique and quality style, looking exclusive. The reception area features a fountain among green plants, background music, and pleasant aromas from the buffet. The buffet is delicious and abundant with generous portions. The urban hall is impressive with an open kitchen, a bakery for fresh bread, and a pastry shop serving delicious cakes throughout the event. Excellent acoustics, spacious organized parking, and outstanding waiter service. High-quality, prestigious food that all guests praised. I thank the entire team: Eli and Lashi, hall managers who cared for us throughout, and Shira, who was professional and creative. Special thanks to Rami, who personally handled everything, making our wedding wonderful. After a long search for the perfect venue, we finally found it. Highly recommended - simply a paradise for events.

We had a dream wedding and left absolutely delighted. The team provided exceptional service, listened to every request and took care of the smallest details. The kitchen is excellent, the food quality is outstanding. The venue itself is simply beautiful.

First and foremost, we found excessive saltiness in the meat dishes and side dishes. We attended a tasting evening before the wedding, and everything was conducted in an elegant atmosphere with mostly excellent flavors. However, at the end of the meal we were disappointed by the lack of fruit options for guests avoiding desserts, and the desserts themselves were not particularly impressive—they were not tasty or fresh enough.

If you want a truly special spot for your big day, choose Basico—you'll have a magical, unforgettable celebration. We just celebrated my daughter's wedding at Basico, and I couldn't have been happier with every aspect. The setting is breathtakingly gorgeous, the dishes were phenomenal, and the team couldn't have been kinder or more attentive. The manager, Eidan, was exceptional from start to finish.

This is an event hall. The acoustics are poor and disappointing. The food at the buffet is not very tasty. Inside the hall, the quality of the dishes is inconsistent: some are delicious while others are less so.

Huge thanks—the event was perfect! Absolutely the best by far!!! The hall is stunning in its beauty, and without a doubt, it was the most delicious food I've ever tasted at an event venue.

Although the service is actually good, overall the experience is very disappointing. The sound quality in the venue is problematic, and whoever operates the music raises the volume to at least 4 times the legal limit. Sitting on old wooden chairs without padding, and the food is tasteless. In my opinion, I would not choose to hold an event here.

The hall itself is prestigious and impressive. Despite 350 guests arriving, the space remained comfortable and no crowding was felt.
