After the event, we received compliments about the food and cleanliness, but my main memory from the wedding is tainted. During the entrance song, the DJ played a YouTube version with comments and crowd noise instead of the clean version, despite my precise WhatsApp instructions, detailed conversations, and a call the night before the wedding. When I stopped the ceremony to correct it, he argued with me. I was forced to enter angry and deeply upset; this delayed the ceremony and ruined my mood. He only offered a weak apology. The DJ's service was poor—after the sales meeting, his attitude changed sharply and availability nearly disappeared. Additionally, during the ceremony, someone turned off the fan and it became very hot. Before the wedding, it was challenging to get quick responses about seating arrangements because the event manager was abroad.

When I tried to get water, I was told there was no active bar outside during the ceremony. I went inside, only to be told the bar was also closed until the ceremony ended. Result: an hour of begging for a glass of water - simply shameful, especially after one worker's negligence: during the ceremony, he sprayed cleaning solution on the plants, causing fumes in the air and burning eyes and throat.

If you're celebrating an event, do it only at Chateau. Thank you so much for giving us an unforgettable perfect evening. Event manager Moti accompanied us and responded to every request and matter. The family received an amazing suite for preparations. From the planning and design stage, we chose an all-inclusive package, and every shekel was worth it. We celebrated our son Uri Rafael's bar mitzvah on 31.7.2023 in the small hall. You are champions. Thank you thank you thank you.
