This was our third time at the seaside venue, and in one word — perfect. The sea view is visible from every corner, and everything is polished and meticulously organized. The wedding ceremony took place on the building's roof, a decision that proved to be an excellent and particularly successful location, while the celebration itself was held downstairs in the hall. The food was precise and especially delicious, and the service was good. We had a wedding there on Friday afternoon at the beginning of September.

The food is excellent and the place is wonderful; the staff are champions, especially the event manager Uri. High level of service.

The view alone justifies every shekel spent on the event, and the location overall is excellent.

The rooftop overlooking the sea is particularly impressive, and the delicious food served straight from the kitchen completes the experience. The place is very beautiful and suitable for events. There is no parking on-site, but shuttles are available from a Tel Aviv parking lot.

The venue has no adjacent parking, so shuttles are used. The event space is well-maintained and clean, and the dishes, in my opinion, are delicious and presented in an appealing way.

In terms of kashrut, this is not a hit. When you arrive at an event, the food is overall reasonable, and what stands out particularly is the unique views and location.

As a wedding guest, the venue and food were flawless. The location was excellent, and the shuttle from the parking lot was very helpful and made things much easier. The flavors were wonderful, and there's really nothing more to ask for.

The culinary level here is at the level of three Michelin stars. However, the events are impressive. There is a panoramic view of the seashore, Jaffa and Tel Aviv. The location cannot be better. Everything is simply wonderful.

Fiori Casa is excellent. Mirav Lilian's flower arrangements are impressive, and the design of the hall and chuppah flowers was done at a high level.

For events, an impressive complex in its beauty.

The pricing is exceptionally high both per dish and for the total event cost compared to similar venues. The location is inconvenient, particularly regarding guest parking - guests spent up to 1.5 hours searching for spots and some left without returning. We requested specific dishes at the tasting, but this wasn't implemented. However, the food is excellent despite limited variety, service is high quality, the canopy is positioned on the roof, and the serving stations are wonderful.

The parking is not nearby, but there are shuttles that transport guests to and from the parking lot on Jaffo Street 26. The wedding ceremony took place on the rooftop terrace with a sea view. The hall is impressive, and the food is excellent. We attended the wedding.

Strong winds blow at sunset, which somewhat detracts from the visit. When the canopy area is dark, you cannot see the sea at all. Nevertheless, the roof itself is beautiful and offers a view of the sea.

For the wedding event we attended, shuttle service was provided from the IZL House parking lot (approximately 900 meters away), including return transportation at the end. The chuppah was set up on the rooftop facing the sea, with a breathtaking view. The dishes served on the roof were excellent, with the main courses of high quality. The service was prompt and courteous. Of course, it's worth checking the price.

We enjoyed the event very much. It was a Friday afternoon wedding. The reception was held on the rooftop overlooking the sea, with an impressive view and pleasant atmosphere, despite the intense heat; a few extra fans would have helped. The food was delicious, the waiters' service excellent, portions perfectly sized without excess, and wine and alcohol were served generously. The less pleasant aspect: the walk from the parking lot and back to the car was somewhat tiring.

The ceremony opened under a chuppah on the building's rooftop at sunset - a pleasant sight. However, it was an exceptionally hot day, and the fans placed there were small and failed to provide sufficient cooling. Food stations were limited and closed relatively early, while the bar also rushed to pack up for the transition to the hall. The appetizers impressed more than the main courses. The staff was polite and added to the pleasant atmosphere throughout the evening. This is my second visit; the previous one was about five years ago. The venue remained as it was, well-maintained and continues to improve. The hall offers shuttle service from the manor and provides a special parking sticker that grants free parking.

Overall quality is noticeably poor. The food is extremely bad. The staff lacks politeness and professionalism. All in all, a bad and disappointing place. Do yourself a favor and go to another restaurant.
