Lunel is a brasserie located in the western part of the Florentin neighborhood in Tel Aviv. The restaurant is under the direction of Chef Yinon Elal, who combines French culinary techniques with flavors and influences from the Yemeni and Jerusalemite cuisines of his upbringing.

The establishment offers a diverse menu that includes an evening selection available from Monday to Saturday between 18:00 and 23:00. Additionally, on Fridays and Saturdays from 9:00 to 15:00, a brunch menu is served, featuring classic breakfast dishes alongside selected items from the evening menu.

Lunel accommodates large tables ranging from 10 to 20 guests throughout the week, with the option of a fixed menu that includes food and alcohol at set prices, tailored to the preferences of the group. The restaurant specializes in hosting events such as toasts and team meals for companies and businesses. It is possible to reserve the entire restaurant space for events starting from 35 people on any day of the week, except for Thursday evenings, Friday mornings, and Saturday mornings.

The restaurant's ambiance transitions in the evenings, with the volume increasing and the atmosphere becoming more relaxed. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, Israeli and Mediterranean music is played, creating an environment conducive to dining and dancing.

Chef Yinon Elal, aged 32, was born and raised in Jerusalem. He began his culinary career at the Machneyuda restaurant under Chef Assaf Granit, progressing to the position of sous-chef. He further honed his skills with a Michelin internship in Mexico at Pujol, one of the world's top restaurants. Elal also served as the operational chef for Meir Adoni at Malka and later co-founded the Mana restaurant on Yarkon Street in Tel Aviv. In 2023, he and his partner Omri Kaufteil opened Lunel in Florentin.

Lunel's offerings and facilities make it suitable for hosting small to medium-sized events, including corporate gatherings and private celebrations. The combination of its culinary approach and adaptable event hosting options positions Lunel as a venue for various occasions in Tel Aviv.
