We received the kitchenware in the appearance and taste of a purchased product — as if it had been transferred directly from a 'Salti Miki' package to the plate. Overall, the entire experience reminded me of food served at events in convention halls in Bnei Brak. The dishes arrived cold and dry. The pargiyah, in my opinion, was already spoiled and accompanied by an unusual and unpleasant smell.

The hall has a unique design. Lior, the waitress, provided us with wonderful service. Both the food and service were excellent. We had a great time!

After an amazing experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Ulam Kedem. Yana, the events manager, guided us throughout with dedication and professionalism. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting us. The event ran smoothly and left a great impression; the waitstaff was courteous and attentive, and the food was delicious! The venue is impressive and beautiful from first sight, with a pleasant atmosphere and meticulous presentation. We will definitely return to celebrate again.

We got married at Kedem on 10.6.25. First, a kind word to Yana, our event manager — professional, helpful and pleasant, and the food was excellent. However, the overall feeling was that immediately after booking, they care mainly about payment and less about us. When it came time to pay the balance and we raised issues we experienced without asking for compensation, the sales person dismissed our concerns, argued with us and kept returning to the remaining payment. We paid, but felt: they see only your wallet, not you. On the event day, several failures occurred: guests arriving on time found no table number cards; the receptionist sat idle; table arrangements didn't match our seating plan, creating chaos our friend had to solve; gift distribution was delayed and many guests left without gifts. We chose to overlook these issues, thankfully having a friend help in real-time. Earlier, we requested adding a family member for only 500 shekels to attend, without extra food, but this required long arguments. The irony: initial impression was wonderful, but after signing, money became the clear focus. Despite Yana's excellence and great food, the negative experiences and indifference left us very disappointed and unable to recommend to other couples.
