Bistro de Carmel is a boutique event venue situated in the historic courtyard of the Carmel Winery in Zikhron Ya'akov.

Housed in a 120-year-old stone structure originally built by Baron Edmond de Rothschild, the venue combines rustic elegance with timeless charm. Exposed stone walls, high vaulted ceilings, and arched windows overlooking the winery create a unique ambiance that bridges past and present.

The interior features original wine barrels, wooden furniture, and soft lighting that adds warmth and authenticity. The space includes intimate indoor rooms as well as a spacious outdoor terrace ideal for open-air receptions.

Bistro de Carmel is well-suited for boutique events of 80–250 guests.

Perfect for intimate weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, birthdays, and business gatherings, the venue offers a kosher dairy Mediterranean menu. It features artisan cheeses, fresh fish, vibrant salads, and breads baked in a traditional taboon oven.
