Bistro De Carmel - event and functions venue, situated in the old 19th century stone building, originally built by Baron Edmond de Rothschild for the Carmel winery workers, in the heart of Zikhron Ya'akov city, in the Israel coast.

Bistro De Carmel has an indoor area and a large outdoor area for events as well as a few intimate rooms. It can host up to 70 people for an intimate event, or up to 250 for a larger celebration.

Bistro De Carmel hosts all types of events and celebrations. The kosher meat venue specializes in celebrating wedding days, bar and bat mitzvahs as well as business gatherings and seminars.

A large commercial kitchen and a wonderful room for the newlyweds are provided at Bistro De Carmel. The following can be arranged for an additional fee: A photographer or a videographer to record your wedding, a cake, DJ, fireworks, live music by a local or foreign performer, an emcee (catalyst, master of ceremonies), and of course an abundance of beautiful wedding decorations. Bistro De Carmel is also equipped with musical equipment (amplifiers, loudspeakers, speakers, a stage, projector, TV screens, a menu for the children, and much more lighting equipment.

Bistro De Carmel is located in the heart of the city of Zikhron Ya’akov, and has a private parking lot for up to 100 cars.

To this day, we are flooded with compliments about the delicious food, the enchanting atmosphere, and the warm treatment from everyone. On the event day, the event manager was flawless—he never stopped being by our side and ensured everything ran like clockwork. From the very first meeting, it was clear this was the place we were looking for; the hall manager answered every question throughout the process. On the day itself, the entire team was exceptional. The venue is simply amazing. We celebrated our wedding on 11.9.25. Highly recommend!

Shachar is a champion: charming, professional, attentive with excellent interpersonal skills and always service-oriented. The day before yesterday we celebrated our eldest son's bar mitzvah at the bistro and the event was wonderful. Since then, guests have been flooding us with complimentary messages about the food and courteous service. We chose this place without hesitation – three years ago we held a brit here, and it was simply amazing then too. Highly recommend!

We are immensely grateful to Shahar and event manager Itamar. Shahar planned a breathtaking bar mitzvah from start to finish, while Itamar was with us every moment—handling seating, coordinating details, and calming our excitement. Working with Shahar gave us complete peace of mind with his professional network of suppliers, each exceeding expectations. DJ Avi Asraf made the evening a real party, expertly reading the diverse crowd and guiding the event. He collaborated brilliantly with drummer Ilan and his musician, creating amazing music and atmosphere. Photographer Yaron captured everything—from the procession to the synagogue—providing an enormous quantity of photos and video coverage. We added a full moon party at the last minute, boosting energy even higher—a great decision. A game station and cocktail bar delighted the kids. The bistro itself maintains high standards with charming rustic decor. Guests continuously praise the fresh food, cleanliness, and ambiance. Highly recommend both the bistro and Shahar. Our son will never forget this celebration, and it will stay in our hearts for years. See you at celebrations!

Working with Shahar and the entire team was pleasant and patient, with close guidance and a genuine feeling that they truly wanted the event to succeed and be joyful.
